Kinzler Materials Delivers Drywall for Student Housing

Kinzler Materials in Cedar Rapids partnered with JC Toland Painting to have drywall delivered to Riverfront West Student Housing, which is being built by DCI Group. This building will feature 291 units and expected to be completed by Summer of 2025.

1,197 sheets of drywall were delivered to the middle wing of the second floor. 372 sheets were Type X and 172 were 12’ feet and 200 were 10’ feet. Type X offers fire resistance that is ideal for both commercial and residential construction. 268 Sheets were 10’ feet and Mold & Mildew resistant Type X.

Kinzler Materials Delivers for Eve’s Drywall Townhome Project

Kinzler Materials in Ankeny, Iowa partnered with Eve’s Drywall to have drywall delivered onsite for The Launch townhomes. The Launch townhomes can be found in Waukee, Iowa. Leasing for these townhomes began earlier this year, with ongoing construction. For this job, our team delivered drywall to a 7-plex across 29,568 sq ft.

Kinzler Materials in Eastern Iowa recently delivered 600 sheets of drywall to the African American Museum for Menefee Drywall as part of the museum’s renovation plans.

This historic building is located near downtown Cedar Rapids and carries out its mission “to preserve, publicize, and educate the public on the African American heritage and culture of Iowa.”
